DERMO ELECTROPORATION PRINCIPLES
A new generation of non-invasive needle-free percutaneous introduction instruments. It uses electric current transmission and vibration through current pulses flowing through the extracellular matrix to direct long-chain glycosaminoglycans to produce aquaporins (aquaporins, "pores" formed by proteins in the cell membrane). It allows the skin layers to pass substances that cannot be absorbed due to the size of the molecules (such as hyaluronic acid), promotes the temporary opening of water-based channels by applying electrical pulses of controlled intensity, and improves skin permeability.
Through these channels, the ionized substances can be transferred and absorbed through the epidermis layer of the skin to the dermis and sarcolemma layers, without changing the state and PH value of the drug, ensuring that the active ingredients are not damaged.
